1 July 2016: Pita Bread Ltd is recalling all batches and all dates prior to Best Before 02/08/16 of its Danny’s brand Garlic filled Pita Bread, Olive filled Pita Bread and Garlic filled Wholemeal Pita Bread products due to the presence of undeclared soy allergen.

Customers are asked to check the date marking printed on the lid of the plastic tray. People with a soy allergy or intolerance should not consume these products. If you have consumed these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice. If you are not allergic or intolerant to soy, this recall does not affect you.

Customers should return the products to their retailer for a full refund.
