As required under the Fisheries Act 1996, consultation has been carried out with persons or organisations representative of those classes of persons having an interest in the relevant Quota Management Area, including Māori, recreational, commercial, and environmental interests. All submissions received were considered in the development of the attached decision document and are included as Appendix 4 to that document.
