Application process and form for the Irrigation Acceleration Fund
Use this form to apply for MPI confirmation of acceptance of a novel technology or an alternative premise or equipment design under clause 3.10 of Operational Code: NZCP1: Design and Operation of Farm Dairies.
The term ‘Scope of Operations’ is used to describe the activities of your food business and also includes:
• the sector(s) a food business operates under the Food Act 2014,
• what products a food business makes and/or sells,
• how products are sourced and/or supplied,
• how products are processed, if applicable, and
• how products are sold.
The vessel master must complete this declaration form where it is intended a vessel will remain in NZ territorial waters (12 nautical miles) for an extended period of time and/or visit to any area of NZ that is not a Place of First Arrival for that vessel type.
