Your induction
New staff attend MPI's induction programme – Whakaata Waharoa ki te Manatū Ahu Matua. This translates as 'Gateway to the Ministry for Primary Industries'.
This programme is hosted virtually and will help you:

- learn about MPI
- meet many of the other great people who already work here.
You'll be supported to start navigating systems and processes that will help build your capability as a public servant in New Zealand.
