Use this form if:

- You are the landowner
a) of pre-1990 forest land as at 20 July 2010; OR
b) of land that was pre-1990 forest land on 31 December 2007 but was deforested in the period from 1 January 2008 to 19 July 2010 (inclusive); AND

- The land to be exempted was owned (as at 1 September 2007) by persons who (along with any associated persons) owned in total less than 50 Ha of pre-1990 forest land
