This Regulatory Impact Statement has been prepared by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). It provides an analysis of options to (i) increase process and regulatory certainty and efficiency in relation to replacement consents and species changes for existing marine farms and (ii) achieve a comprehensive and effective framework to manage on-farm biosecurity risks.
