In October 2010, the Minister of Agriculture announced that a subsequent review of the Raw Milk Regulations would commence in March 2011 to ensure that the Raw Milk Regulations remain fit for purpose. Following initial stakeholder engagement in March 2011, this consultation document seeks stakeholder feedback on a number of issues related to possible improvements to the current working of the Raw Milk Regulations.
