This paper outlines MPI’s initial proposals on deemed value rate changes for inshore and deepwater stocks, to apply from 1 October 2013. Tangata whenua and stakeholders are invited to provide their views on these proposals and any additional information that the Minister should consider when setting deemed value rates for inshore and deepwater stocks.
