Why have I received an infringement notice?
Biosecurity New Zealand has categorised two offences relating to craft under the biosecurity Act 1993 as strict liability infringement offences. A strict liability offence means you may have committed an offence even though you had no intention of doing so. It doesn’t generate a criminal conviction.
