This project aimed to "identify the unique features of climate change adaptation, mitigation and business opportunities as it affects Maori owned land." The proposed outcome was for Māori landowners to be able to use the findings of this research to understand and capitalise on unique business opportunities arising from climate change adaptation and mitigation, improving the utilisation of Māori land and the uptake of climate change knowledge for the benefit of Māori landowners.
