Analyses of standardised catch-per-unit-effort for commercial trawl and line fisheries for ling (Genypterus blacodes), and the distribution of ling catch by fishing method and area, are updated for Fishstocks LIN 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 (the ling stocks around the South Island). These analyses now cover the period 1990 to 2009.
