Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 186B of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) has received a request from Te Rūnanga o Kaikoura for a further two-year temporary closure at Wakatu Quay, Kaikoura to the take of any species of fish, aquatic life, or seaweed. The current temporary closure is due to expire on 17 August 2014.
