                    The Marine High-Risk Site Surveillance programme for marine non-indigenous species is delivered by NIWA for MPI to detect non-indigenous or potentially invasive marine animals and plants that arrive and/or establish in New Zealand. It also aims to monitor changes in the distribution of established marine non-indigenous species. This annual report details the results of the surveys in the 11 ports and marinas covered by the programme during the periods May 2014 - April 2015.
