Certification Requirements |
Phytosanitary certificate required. Phytosanitary certificates must be issued prior to loading the vessel or aircraft. Phytosanitary certificate issuance dates must therefore be the same or earlier than the Bill of Lading date. Where there is no additional declaration required, ‘N/A’ is to be entered into the additional declaration field of the phytosanitary certificate. Phytosanitary certficates will not be issued for products on the Russia Sanctions Register . Note: To access the register, click on the excel sheet in the above link.
