31 May 2021: Peter Timbs Meats Ltd is recalling specific batches of its cooked sliced roast beef, cooked sliced ham and whole hams, and boneless cooked smoked chicken due to the possible presence of Listeria.

Affected products should not be consumed. There have been no reports of associated illness, however if you have consumed any of these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.
Customers should return the products to their retailer for a full refund or cook thoroughly (piping hot all the way through). For the large hams this means an internal temperature of 75oC.
